Oh my gosh!!! It feels so good to return to writing after having taken a year and some change off. Speaking of the time off, well I had a beautiful baby boy who means the absolute world to me and his dad. That being said, I have been busy adjusting to being a new mom of a one year old baby who just found out he could walk and he is most definitely keeping me on my toes..

So, I have been really struggling to return to my “normal” weight and it has been a struggle…did I say struggle twice? I sure did! My daily routine has been baby stuff; wife stuff, the gym (urgh) and back to wife stuff and baby stuff…Oh and of course WORK (gotta work).

I am slowly noticing results, but cant I just blink twice and have a banging body like JLO? It is just a question. One thing I do is remind myself always that though I may have gained a few thousand pounds, I AM BEAUTIFUL!

In the light of all this, I AM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂
