It is not officially Summer, but it sure feels like it and I am extremely excited. True story – I have been working out a lot and been doing a lot of squats (wink wink) in preparation for this season. So, when I tried on these shorts I last wore since before I was pregnant with my now 19 month old son and they fit, I threw my hands up in the air and said BRING IT ON Heather (my butt class instructor). It feels really good I must admit.

This look is a total mix of a little casual and chic. Since I have a love/love relationship with shorts and socks, I thought I’d pair them, but this time make it really casual by throwing my new favorite oversized hoodie on. This look is casual enough for grabbing brunch with the girls or a movie with the “whomever” and chic enough to stand out in the crowd. The Sandals are embellished with these beautiful flower arrangements on the front strap that screams chic. The colors (Yellow, Sky Blue and Brown) are to die for and the earrings give me the “feel good” vibe.
